Returns & Exchanges

At Lil Thingamajigs Hive, we want you to love your new fashion finds, but if something isn't quite right, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return or exchange your items. All returns must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all original tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and include the provided packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our hive receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
